Account & data deletion

You can delete your Branchr account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this, described below.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

The quickest way to remove your account is directly in the Branchr app:

1. Open the Branchr app and log in.
2. Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account will be closed and your personal data scheduled for deletion straight away.

Option 2 — Email our support team

If you're unable to access the app, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account, and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and action it for you.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your profile, cards, connections, and other personal information linked to your account. Some records may be retained for a limited period where we're required to do so by law (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes), after which they're securely erased.
